@SamsungLarryK I have this issue. Sometimes I'm in tablet mode and the s-pen is working but the touch screen with my fingertip stops responding. It's happened 1 to 3 times a day on average over the past few days. Any advice? I just got my laptop last week and worried, love the laptop but not going to keep something that doesn't work if it's defective and can't be fixed.
this has happened to mine since I bought it. I went to go use the remote while watching Netflix and it does not work. I am on air actions and have restarted computer and it still does not connect.
I have checked all the drivers, updated everything possible and followed all the iq devoid suggestions the automated instructions when you try and contact someone for help.... STILL NOTHING.
