ComputersHello,
I have a Galaxy Book Pro 950XDB-KC5 and it will not start up. The battery is fully charged, the power supply is working fine, it is not overheating ( nearly always on a chill pad ). I have researched the ways to shut it down and restart ( hold down the power button and the volume down button for 7 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, 2 min ) and still no response.
Any suggestions?

Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110727/ If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
