ComputersHi
I have just bought a GB5 pro.
I did a factory reset, did windows update, removed the MS and Samsung bloatware.
Set it all up and realised that my phone would not connect to the GB5 via bluetooth. It pairs, but when you connect the GB5 says connected (connects for about 3 sec then disconnects) and the phone says it cant connect.
The GB5 will connect to my other laptop and earbuds (non galaxy).
Wondering if I had done something during the bloatware removal I did a factory reset again and tried again. Still no joy.
On the GB5 i have checked for the latest drivers with both Samsung and Intel.
On the S23 I have unpaired all devices, cleared all the data and cache from the bluetooth apps, and tried pairing in safe mode.
Nothing seems to work.
Apart from a factory reset is there anything else I can do?
Thanks in advance

ComputersHello Stringman,
Welcome to community and thank you for reaching out for assistance. I know how frustrating it can be to have your Bluetooth refusing to work properly. It sounds like you are having Bluetooth problems on your phone and since you have completed the troubleshooting that i would have suggested, your next step would be to contact one of our moderators with your model code and IMEI via private message for possible service options. If you need immediate assistance, you can contact 1-800-SAMSUNG ( 1-800-726-7864) and speak to an agent directly.
We look forward to assisting you and again, thank you for being a part of Samsung.
