I've had my GalaxyBook for some time already, and I've wanted to change the default image app. When I open an image, it starts off with a Windows pictures app. I have a wide range of Samsung devices, one of which is the S23-Ultra. When I want to see the image using Samsung Gallery, the program crashes and states that the Gallery is unresponsive. Then, when I try to send the image through QuickShare, my S23-Ultra doesn't appear even though it's all signed in. The Gallery program has been doing this since the beginning, and I would like to request Samsung to fix it. As for QuickShare, my S23-Ultra only shows up when I change it to "Share with everyone." What is up with Samsung not meeting the expectations they promised.
Mine was having sinilar issues, i bought my book 3 360 back in Jan. But after updating through both normal microsoft settings and samsung settings, mine started seemelessly quick sharing. I would try to reset the book (save and backup all your data first).
