GalaxyBook2 Pro 360 13" screen randomly turns black

My screen turns black at random times. The system is fully operational in the background when this happens. For example, if I have a video playing, you still hear the video playing. The screen is completely unresponsive. This happens several times per day.

The "quick-fix" I do to "solve" this is to close the lid and open it, this makes the screen turn back on. Very annoying and I can't find a solution. Could there be a faulty product and I need to return it?
