Can someone at Samsung help me with my product? I sent in my HMD Odyssey+ and was received
Tuesday 05/19/202 and it still has the valid warranty. They could not repair the unit so I was told by Samsung customer service they would exchange my unit for a new one which is very nice. Customer service said to call back but my cell phone ran out of minutes.
I was wondering, since my cell phone ran out of minutes, if anyone can assist me here? I tried calling but they are very very busy with many calls, so it can take a long time on the phone. I don't have unlimited calls right now. I prefer email.
