Has UFS memory cards been discontinued?

These cards have become incredibly difficult to obtain, and those with them (one eBay seller) want an arm and a leg for the 256Gb. I was hoping to purchase two but seeing how the stock doesn't seem to replenish, I worry they're being phased out, and I'll have to bite at $150 for one on eBay. Anyone have any news otherwise, or do I need to hurry and jump the gun before missing out forever?

I don't know that Samsung really ever did anything with UFS, except for internal memory. The MicroSD slots don't support it to the best of my knowledge. So only the notebooks? I don't know if that's enough of a market for it to be sustainable.
