When I try to download an app on my laptop that's already on my phone, the laptop won't let me choose itself for the download, I'm trying to put apps on my laptop that already on my phone, please help

@727mike You need to visit the websites of those companies and see if they offer a Windows version.

The playstore, I'll search for that app hit install and it gives me options on what I want to download that app to, neither option is my laptop

The items in the Play store run in Android OS. They won't install on your laptop because you are using Windows 10.
