The drivers for my notebook are on the Samsung Update software, listed at Microsoft Store. The problem is that I can't find the keyboard driver anymore on this software.
It's probably included in the chipset update. Have you played with the keyboard settings in the Samsung Settings "app" yet?

I'd like to thank you again because your suggestion solved my problem.
I did not even have to change any settings in the Samsung Settings software, just installed and the problem was solved.
I know this is older post. New Notebook 9 Pro with same issue. Tech logged in and installed the Samsung Settings. Keyboard light worked. 2 days later out again. In my SS, there is no keyboard option. I'm doing so much research since I've got this all set up and really don't want to return. And I think some of the FN buttons not working
