I found this keyboard skin on Amazon that fits my Galaxy Book Pro 360 15.6" perfectly! 

I just received it and put it to use immediately. So far I haven't had any issues with it, and it doesn't interfere with the fingerprint scanner, and doesn't seem to interfere with closing the laptop.

Any luck finding a black one? I keep seeing in reviews the clear keyboard skin is hard to see the keys.

No, I haven't had need to look at the keys, muscle memory from many years of typing.
