(Laptop Strange Sounds internal) Galaxy book 4 360

1. Sometimes ever I open up my laptop I get this strange cracking sound. 

2. Under the number pad on right, when the cover is open or shut and I shake the computer side to side a rattling sound is coming out from the inside. 

Any ideas on how to fix or if I should open it up?

Could be something has become loose i.e hint shaking it doesn't help or it's failing on connecting the parts

It sounds like that there may have been a break or separation in the vicinity of the right hinge. I recommend contacting a repair facility to have the vehicle inspected for any potential internal damage.
