So the screen of my three-year-old Samsung Notebook 7 Spin (in near perfect condition / NO damage whatsoever) suddenly had a pixelated freak-out, went belly up, and stopped working altogether a few days ago. It's definitely a hardware issue, because when I hook up my laptop to my TV screen via HDMI, everything is running normally, and I can see my desktop, applications, etc. Any similar experiences or thoughts? I think this is highly unusual, considering the fact that it's supposed to be "Samsung build quality." Thanks!
I'm having the exact same issue with my brand new NP950SBE-X01US laptop. Fortunately, I'm able to power down and restart, but it's getting more frequent, so I expect it to completely crater any day now. Help!
Yeah, I can imagine how frustrating it has been. I've even made a "Tech Review" video explaining what happened with my Samsung Notebook 7 Spin, as well as the experience with Samsung Customer Support. Check it out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ION2mGusxa0
