I got my Chromebook December 2018 and it just stopped working December 2019. It will only respond to my stylus and i never misused it or broken any part of it. I always use it will care and I never dropped it. I can't do anything with the touchscreen even when i flip the chromebook. I tried cleaning the screen and restarting it over 10000000000+ times but it still won't work. Please help!!!!

Have you tried resetting the Chromebook to factory settings? https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084
