NP730QFG-KA1US Hardware Diagnostics

I have a Galaxy Book3 360 (NP730QFG-KA1US) that intermittently reports CPU issues resulting in applications being aborted. 

I would like to run system diagnostics but cannot find any tool packages related to this PC model.

Please advise.
