I have this laptop I'm trying to register in my Samsung acct but the serial number isn't recognized.

it's picky some times, mines Mt warranty number... I'd write down and put some where and open your email and start a draft to Samsung but don't send it, and type the info in that so it can be time stamped and shown to whom then just leave it a draft.
