ComputersI have a Samsung Notebook 7 Spin 2-in-1, model #NP750QUA-K01US.
A few months ago after running both Windows and Samsung updates, my touchscreen has stopped responding. I have read over several forums from people having similar issues and found where to look to see if there was an error in updating my touch screen driver. There was so I tried deleting the driver and running the updates again and I am still having the same issue. I've run several updates since then and am currently up to date.
The driver is name "I2C HID Device" and this is the device status:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)
A request for the HID descriptor failed."

ComputersHey, give this link a shot. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109622/ If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. Send your full model code and serial number via private message or call 1-800-SAMSUNG directly to get started.
