PC on T - easy connection

Hi,

After Installing the PC on TV— Easy connection on Windows 10, I accepted the conditions and pressed start. Then, I tried to push the Sign In button, but I got a blank screen, and I could not see the picture.

I tried reinstalling it, but it does not work, Is there a solution?
