Please release a bios update for Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha

Hello Samsung,

  Please release a bios update for the Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha.  There is a bug in the acpi code of the bios the causes crashing in Windows 10, 11, errors in Linux and kernel panic with OpenBSD.

Agreed! I need a Bios update as well for this machine, after Windows 11 upgrade a Bios update occurred and now there's no touchscreen functionality, tried all options, Samsung Update etc none works. The original update file must be available to download, all my devices work except power management and touchscreen.

I have an open case, ID # 92596106, please respond to this request as I urgently need a Bios update (install package) to fix touchscreen support & power management lost during Windows 11 upgrade, Bios updated and functionality was lost as well power management, Im stucked in balanced mode, please help.
