Poor customer service

I was waiting for my laptop from Aug 16th to Sep 8th.

Frustrated, Samsung and FedEx really did not care about my product.
When I asked them to help my problem to solve, they pushed each other's responsibilities.

I deeply disappointed with this poor customer service and I felt the gap in service quality between Samsung in South Korea and Samsung in the US.

I usually used Samsung for all electronic products, but I will no longer buy Samsung because of poor customer service.
Furthermore, if someone is going to buy Samsung's Product, I will let them know that it could be the wrong choice.
