ComputersI have and older Samsung RF710 laptop and formatted c: and reinstalled it with Windows 10. The microphone stopped working. I believe its driver related. I have all of the drivers from Samsung UK that I downloaded, but I just don't know which one it is. Any help would be appreciated.

ComputersHello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend if possible to try and use the auto updater, you can do this by doing the following: press Windows key + R and type devmgmt.msc > Audio inputs and outputs and see if you see the microphone their if it is you can update it, right click on it their and update it, if it's not the in I would recommend reaching out to your countries support team for further help. Please use the link below to get there.
