Based on what I have read online, I am not the only one who bought the Samsung Flex and had problems come up within a week. I bought this laptop back in August, and after a couple weeks or so the S-Pen stopped working, even after making sure windows and Samsung software was all up to date. Then, it started working again randomly so I never sent in a help request since it appeared previous people did not receive any help anyways. Unfortunately, it did not take but a week or two for it to stop working again; I just have not been frustrated enough to post about it until now. I am huge fan of Samsung products and it saddens me to lose functionality of the S-Pen right after I bought it, because that was the whole reason I bought this computer. I wanted to support Samsung and have a laptop I could write on for school.
Anyone have tips for getting this fixed? Thanks in advance for any help.
