Hi everyone,

I’m facing some connectivity issues while trying to use my Samsung Buds 2 Pro with my Book 4 Pro.

When pairing, the Bluetooth devices section shows two entries for the earbuds—one with an "earbuds" icon and another with a "headset" icon. I initially tried connecting to the headset option, but it didn’t work, and it seemed like it was only connecting to the buds’ case.

I then removed the device and tried pairing with the other entry. While it did connect, the connection kept dropping multiple times. Eventually, it only connected to the right earbud.

I’ve tried all possible troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling/uninstalling drivers and resetting the buds through my Galaxy S24 Ultra. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and I’m unable to get a stable connection.

I’d appreciate any advice or guidance to resolve this problem.

Can you verify the buds are above 50% when making the test

I know this may seem simplistic, but have you tried rebooting the laptop? If so, remove the Buds from all connected devices after resetting them (again) and attempt to start fresh with the Book 4 Pro.
