I recently received the Book5 Pro 14" with 32 GB RAM and 1 TB storage. I am satisfied with everything except for the cursor lag, which occurs frequently. While it is not very noticeable, it becomes challenging when need to click on something small that requires precision. I own a Surface Laptop 7th Edition and a MacBook Pro M4 Pro, and the difference is immediately apparent. Despite updating Windows 11 and the drivers, the lagging issue persists. I have reviews from others with the same model who have experienced this issue, and I am curious if there is a solution.

It is quite annoying, to say the least.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend trying with an external mouse to see if this is still occurring. If it's not, then it could be a trackpad issue. I would recommend trying the info in the link below. This is, however, for a track pad not working but the steps will be the same.

If this does not help, either service may be required. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options.

- If your device was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, for depot type products (Soundbars, Home Theater Systems, tablets, ect.) that require to be shipped we recommend you speak with our depot team for pricing and to have the service set up: 1-310-669-4334.

I am also having the same issue. It's tolerable until you need it and its near impossible to click something small. I have the 512gb 16gb ram and it does the same thing.
