Samsung Notebook Chromebook Flashes Red

Hello Everyone. When I plug in our new Samsung Notebook Chromebook, the LED flashes red. I have tried holding the ESC, Refresh, and Power buttons down, and I have unplugged the battery and held the power button down for 60 seconds, but it still flashes red. Does anyone have any suggestions besides sending the computer in? I'm a little bitter about it only being a 6 month warranty.

We have tried different outlets and different Samsung chargers. It hasn't worked for about a month.

I have the exact same Chromebook and problems. I plug it in and works fine and flashes orange. Run the crosh scan and says no battery found.  I just got it in the mail today from Amazon (3rd party seller). Unplug it shuts straight off.
