I ordered a samsung galaxy flex on Nov 20. It said that it should ship by Nov 24. Today is Nov 27, and it still hasn't shipped. Do I need to call samsung?

I heard signing up for fed ex delivery manager helps but I can't see anything shipped from there either. Please help.
