I have been trying to call Samsung but the office is closed. Do you know where I can get the screen repaired on a Notebook 9 Pro 15"?

Hello Amleverett,

At the moment due to recent events the repair locations are closed. I would advise you to contact 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864) and have them provide you with a shipping label to mail it out for repair.

Best Regards,

Jayhon

You should just be able to click on the link to start a private message, but only if you are using a web browser and not through the Samsung Members app.
