I have never been to set up face unlock on my Samsung Galaxybook2 Pro 360 Windows 11. I always get the error We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face. It was like that right out of the box, and everything is up to date. Please help.
Windows Hello needs more than just a laptop camera. The computer has to be equipped with additional hardware, and an IR scanner. Unless it's clearly advertised to support Windows Hello facial recognition, it usually doesn't.

It doesn't have windows hello (for face unlock) it dies however have fingerpint. A update won't add it, as it didn't have the special hardware for face unlock
