What Samsung Tablet/Laptop should I buy?

I was just wondering, as a bought a ChromeBook for school and I soon learned steam doesn't run on Chrome OS. So I thought maybe I could get a tablet and or laptop and some recommendations on the best-for-gaming ones.

• No limits as fast as possible
• Average speed and price
• Bare minimum, I just want to play the SIMS / Solitaire
