I was excited to see Samsung announce the Intel Arc GPU on the Galaxy Book2 Pro. I even preordered one that was supposed to have the Arc GPU. What arrived was an Intel Iris Xe model so I had to return it. I did like some of the updates on the Book2 Pro but was figuring it might just be a few weeks before the Arc option was available. Is there any timeline for when United States customers can buy the Intel Arc model? I see online that it's only available in South Korea at the moment.
Had the exact same experience. I confirmed with Samsung customer service 3 different times that the galaxy book2 pro I ordered came with Intel arc graphics, but it did not. I wish samsung would be more transparent with this.
