Not sure what happened but yesterday, all of the sudden after a restart, I was not able to use my fingerprint to login to Windows or use it for any other app. Further investigation in Windows sign-in options says that Hello Face is also not available for use to sign-in. All was working swell until yesterday. Checked the camera using Zoom and works fine.

I had enabled Bitlocker so after the Windows latest update, the TPM in the Bios needed to be cleared. Then i had to enter my Bitlocker drive encryption recovery key. I restarted and booted directly into Windows and then the fingerprint sensor was enabled in device manager.
