When I'm attending a zoom meeting, the zoom app freezes approximately 50% of the time. The freeze will freeze but I can still hear the audio. I don't think it is my Wi-Fi connection as other apps and the internet work fine. I also don't think it is the zoom meeting app as it works fine on my other computers. Is there an issue with running zoom on the Galaxy Pro laptop?
I understand how frustrating this is. I am unaware of any particular issue with Zoom and this laptop. I recommend checking for any Windows and Samsung updates, as well as checking your Zoom version. Also, there may be something running in the background that could be interfering with the app. Does the same thing happen if you access Zoom from the website?
