0%/Charge phone screen

When my phone hits 0% the "dead phone/charge phone" thing pops up, but it's waaaaaay off center. Anyone else notice this? I didn't notice it until today(very rarely have my phone die and go 0%)

Weird.... I haven't for as long as I can remember have ever drained my cell phone battery to 0. Not judging at all... But I just can't relate

Everything is literally off center
Even the bar above your screen ( your camera leaks off the bar)
