11/19 beta 6 - Lost 5G

I just updated yesterday and seem to have lost the ability to connect to 5G. I went to tmobile and they said I should be able to and no amount of troubleshooting fixed it. Anyone else?

still have 5G after the update, mint Mobile.

try reset network options. open your app drawer and search "reset network options". I also had this issue and I reset my network options and it worked perfectly. hopefully it can work for you. please remember that this process involves connecting your wifi and your Bluetooth devices again to your phone. Hope it's fixed 🙂

Same thing for me with unlocked S20 on Verizon. Samsung moderator told me on my post that it is a carrier issue and to contact them. Funny that for you they say to clear cache. Clearly they have no idea what they are talking about.
