120Hz on S20+ Broken

After downloading the One UI 4.0 beta on my Galaxy S20+, I noticed that the 120Hz high refresh rate isn't nearly as responsive. It acts as if it's 60hz.

I tried turning the motion smoothness from standard back to high to see if that would reset it, but the issue still persists.

This is what someone said to do that worked.

Go into display.
Change screen resolution to 1440.
Then change it back to 1080.
Then go to change screen smoothness back to 120hrz

It fixed the issue for me
