Before you update to the 2nd watch beta build, it is RECOMMENDED for you to update the Galaxy Watch4 plug-in first.

This update does not apply to users who have units that are on the stable release. If you're not signed up for the watch beta, use sources that only follow up to your device's firmware version.

The stable version is currently: FVD4

The beta version is: ZVF5

How could I get the beta download?
If I check for software updates there's nothing so I assume there's a sign up or something?

Yea sorry but unfortunately, the sign up has already ended prior to the beta release. You may have to wait longer or wait until it's officially available for the public.
