Based on your description, this appears to be related to network connectivity rather than a general Beta software behavior.
To help rule out temporary conditions, please try the following:
- Toggle Airplane mode ON and OFF
- Restart the device
- Reinsert the SIM card (if applicable)
- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings)
If the issue persists after these steps, we recommend contacting Samsung Customer Support or visiting a nearby service center for further inspection, as the device may require additional checks.
