I had to add mine a second time, the first time it didn't even stay, but I'm back on the SA apn and it's been working, I'm not sure why it went back to the old apn with this update, I even downloaded a new esim thinking that would fix it

1. Open Samsung Members โ One UI Beta Program โ Beta Feedback. 2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available). 3. Make sure โSend system log dataโ is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
