Adaptive Brightness slow

Is it just me or does adaptive brightness take a while to adjust to the lighting conditions. Most of the time I just turn it off and back on for it to adjust, but it doesnt solve it.

Yes, I noticed that too!
Slower to adapt/change to lighting conditions than normal.

Also, when in low light, near dark rooms, wish adaptive would go to minimum brightness on the scale. The brightness bar stays just above minimum which still very bright in a dark room.
Understand there is extra dim but that requires user input.

Be good to let the user define what the lowest light level should be when in a dimly lit room.

But, yeah adaptive is not super snappy.
