I tried rebooting many times to see if that would fix the problem. But no ☹️

This is due an incompatibility between One UI 5 and HomeUp from GoodLock - uninstall HomeUp, wait for One UI 5 Beta 4, or wait for a HomeUp update.

Yep, you can also call up the application directly using the search bar.. Doing so would have allowed you to keep the other features that were still working that the module provided.
