Alarm notifications no longer sync

The alarm notifications between my phone (S25 Ultra) and watch (Watch Ultra) no longer sync. I tried everything to no success.

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.

There is no error message. Alarms just do not sync

I'm having this same exact issue. The alarm worked in the s25 plus but as soon as I switched over to the 25 ultra this week, I realized the alarms aren't going off on the watch as they used to. I haven't changed any settings and there is no error report. Please help..
