I have an S21 ultra unlocked phone on Verizon wireless and I received the update on November 22 the November 23 date had nothing to do with Canada, Roger's, and Telus are the main carriers in Canada, Tmobile was the carrier that had a daily download limit on the update for the US and on November 23 they were supposed to drop the limit and allow devices to receive the update, please note that there is no way to if Tmobile lifted the limits
