Try clearing the data from the camera app via App Info. Then, see if there's an updated camera app version for your device cpu architecture (ARMv7, ARMv8, etc.) and report back.

One UI 4 Beta Program for Note 20 devices is only for Samsung unlocked devices and is closed.
