Mine don't remember the last used position, sometimes get drawn half off screen that I can't access the control bar without rotating the phone and sometimes they don't even open when tapping the pop-up notifications I receive.
I'm having all kinds of pop-up issues. Sometimes it takes longer or only opens after I try to open a second pop-up, appearing half way off the screen, some don't open at all, don't remember the last position. All kinds of issues. Tried cleaning the cache for the phone, apps and data for services I thought might be relevant and no luck getting it to work properly.
