Anyone else's settings menu become dual panel?

It must have happened some time last night as just now I've noticed that my settings menu now displays in dual panel mode. Just curious if it happened to anyone else.

By chance did you happen to manually adjust your DPI settings in developer settings?

Nope, only thing in dev settings I've tweaked is animation speed
