App Shortcuts M.I.A. Lock Screen

My two app shortcuts don't show on my lock screen. Does not matter which apps I choose, the shortcuts are not there.

I have tried the Action items like flashlight, etc. and these do not show either. 

Also, I changed the wallpaper and no dice. 

Will report with phone logs to Samsung.

Not sure if this helps or not, but when I messed with dpi settings in developer options it would mess with my lock screen. Anything thats not the default value will mess with it. So I had to set it back to normal, then pick my apps/Shortcuts then I scaled the dpi until it didn't cause issues anymore

I have not changed the DPI in Developer options.

What is your DP set to?

Mine is set to 460 but my Shortcuts still show.

Long press on the short cut area and the pop-up will come up

Yes, long press is to edit the lock screen. The shortcuts are there, but not after done editing. See screen shots.
