App color Notification

Anyone figure out how to implement the mentioned app Notification color change included in the accessibility portion of the update or am I missing it? Searched through every possible setting I could think of personally.

Settings > Accessibility > Advanced Settings > Flash Notification > Screen Flash Notification > Selected Apps
From there you can set which apps flash the screen and what color.

Thank you! I was hoping it was related to edge lighting and setting specific apps to have a specific color notification per app.
