Does this happen in a specific app ? If it is a Samsung app, Please send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports . If possible, try phone in safe mode (press and hold power Off option) for a few hours and see if issue still happens, If it doesn't it is one of 3rd party apps causing the issue.
