Background wallpaper Blur stuck?

Anyone experiencing locked up background wallpaper blur? keeps getting stuck after you tinker around with widgets and close.

Had this same issue; now it has corrected itself. Hopefully, you see a correction soon

Please try below steps and see it helps resolve issue.

1. Reboot the device
2. Toggle to a different wall paper and back
3. Clear cache of the device
4. Toggle adaptive eye saver off and on.
5. Toggle dark mode

It gets unstuck after a restart and sometimes after opening and closing apps it's at random unfortunately.
