DiscussionsHello,
Weโre sorry for the inconvenience youโre experiencing.
To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.
1. Open Samsung Members โ One UI Beta Program โ Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure โSend system log dataโ is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
Thank you for your continued support.
Best regards,
One UI Beta Team

DiscussionsGo into Settings
Type "Deep Sleeping Apps"
Once there, tap the "+" icon and put all of the apps you don't use into a "Deep Sleep".
You will still be able to use your apps, this will only allow them to run and use battery when you use the app. When you stop using it, it will go back into a deep sleep.
Also, make sure to clear out your recents after you close out of an app.
Hope this helps.
Another note:
I always go into "Device Care" - "Memory" and clean up my memory as well. You can also add the Device Care widget to a screen that isn't your home screen(if you don't want it on your home screen), that way all you have to do is tap the "Clean Now" icon on that widget and it will clean it up for you without going into settings and then into Device Care. I keep my home screen free of any apps on it. All my apps are in folders that I created so they are organized. They are just easier to get to doing that.
