So not that Battery was all that great to begin with on the Flip 5 but it does appear the last two days since I installed the Beta that it had gotten about 10-15% worse I known it's a beta and unfinished software just wanted to put it out there so Samsung and others new which I'm sure they do already
Don't think so I believe it does not matter weather you have a unlocked device or carrier the software is the same. Mine got worse by about 15% maybe 20%

Have you tried clearing your device cache yet? It is possible you have apps with corrupt cache files from upgrading the os that could be keeping them running in the background or w/e. When the phone is powered off hold the volume up and power button then use the volume buttons to choose wipe cache.
Also are you an always on display user? Do you have a graphic intensive cover screen? Are you using any wearable like a watch or headphone?
It's hard to pinpoint what the issue is from just complaining about general battery life. What do you use your phone for daily?
I noticed that overnight my flip5 did drop from 100% to 95% after just 6hrs while being in do not disturb / sleep mode.
